Terms and Conditions for Suppliers

Travelnhotels.com Supplier Partner Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the agreement between you (the “Supplier Partner”) and travelnhotels.com (“Travelnhotels”), with respect to your use of our platform and services as a supplier of travel and hotel bookings.

1. Registration and Listing
   As a Supplier Partner, you will be required to register and list your travel and hotel offerings on our platform. By listing your offerings, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to offer and sell these offerings to our clients.
2. Commission
   Travelnhotels charges a commission of 15% on all bookings made through our platform. The commission will be deducted from the booking fee payable to you. Payment of the booking fee, less the commission, will be made to your designated account after the client’s arrival.
3. Availability
   You must ensure that your offerings are available for the dates requested by clients. If for any reason you cannot provide the requested offerings, you must immediately notify Travelnhotels and block the availability on our platform. Failure to do so will result in a penalty of 20% of the booking fee payable to you, as a measure to protect our company’s image.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
   If a client cancels a booking, you agree to refund any applicable fees in accordance with our cancellation and refund policies. Travelnhotels will provide you with the details of the cancellation and the refund amount payable to the client.
5. Termination
   Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by giving written notice to the other party. Termination will not affect any existing bookings made through our platform.
6. Indemnification
   You agree to indemnify and hold Travelnhotels, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents, harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your breach of this agreement or any act or omission by you in connection with your offering and sale of travel and hotel bookings through our platform.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
   This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Travelnhotels is located. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be resolved by the courts of that jurisdiction.
8. Amendments
   Travelnhotels may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting the amended terms on our platform. Your continued use of our platform after such posting constitutes your agreement to be bound by the amended terms.

By registering and listing your offerings on our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any other policies and guidelines that Travelnhotels may adopt from time to time.
